ALCO provided modular systems for Tourmaline’s Nig Creek Gas Plant to process 180 MMSCFD of sour gas into sales gas, LPG, and condensate. Delivered on schedule, the project included sweetening, dehydration, stabilization, and cryogenic NGL recovery, achieving 4 PPM H2S and 95% propane recovery.

ALCO designed and supplied modular processing units for a Midstream Operator’s Gordondale West Gas Plant, handling 110 MMSCFD of sour gas. Commissioned in 2024, the facility includes amine sweetening (165 USGPM), condensate stabilization (2,000 BBL/D), propane and ethane refrigeration, and modular pipe racks. The plant achieves 95% LPG recovery, 4 PPM H₂S sales gas, and produces 105.8 MMSCFD gas with 1,045 BPD condensate, supporting reliable and efficient hydrocarbon recovery.
