Line Heaters
Line heaters are used to heat natural gas streams, liquids, or multi-phase process streams as required to prevent hydrate formation and freezing in piping, valves and separators.

Salt Bath Heaters
Salt bath heaters deliver consistent, high-temperature heat for heavy hydrocarbons and high-pressure gas. ALCO designs and builds salt bath systems for applications requiring process temperatures up to 340°C (650°F), beyond the limits of conventional heat mediums. They offer precise temperature control with no boiling or evaporation, making them ideal for demanding thermal environments.

- Process heating with either a pipe coil or a U-tube bundle.

Heat Exchangers
Heat exchangers transfer heat between two fluids without mixing them, enabling efficient heating or cooling. ALCO designs and fabricates shell and tube heat exchangers to TEMA, ASME, and API standards. Built for integration into ALCO modules or customized exchangers, we will be sure to meet your specific heat transfer needs.
