Professional Career
A professional engineer, Sameh began his career in Egypt, honing his skills in process engineering before moving to Canada in 2008, where he led process engineering teams designing and executing large-scale gas plants, refineries, and complex process equipment for global markets.
Over the past decade, Sameh directed the design and delivery of multi-billion-dollar projects. Globally recognized for his technical prowess and innovative approach, he fosters a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
History at ALCO
Sameh joined ALCO in 2023 as Senior Vice President of Engineering and Technology. In September 2024, he was appointed President, guiding the company’s strategic growth.
Passionate about sustainability, Sameh champions projects that reduce carbon footprints and advance a cleaner energy future. Under his leadership, ALCO is expanding into new markets, driving innovation, and reinforcing its position as a global leader in energy solutions.
